Asia University (AU) was invited to attend the "Go Global Fair 2023," an international summer school fair hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) in February. This is the third time for AU to take part in this event. Before the outbreak of Covid-19, AU had already been invited twice to participate in the NUS Fair, and AU is the only university partner in Taiwan to be invited by NUS to participate in the exhibition, indicating the strength and quality of AU’s summer program, which is highly competitive with other top universities around the world, including this year the London School of Economics and Political Science, the University of California at Berkeley, the University of Tokyo, Ewha University, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

The exhibition was attended by Prof. Yinghuei Chen, Dean of the International College at AU, who showcased on site the features and uniqueness of Asia University through informative videos and presentations. He also encouraged the NUS students to participate in AU's upcoming 2023 summer program, which provides a wide variety of EMI courses such as "Artificial Intelligence," "Interdisciplinary Global Health," "AI Application in Management," and "Creative and Cultural Industries." AU also offers “Language & Culture” in its summer program to invite overseas students to experience Taiwan society and culture.
Dean Chen also took the opportunity of his time in Singapore to pay a visit to the eight AU students from the Department of Foreign Languages & Literature who are now working in their internship as ground personnel at Changi International Airport. For the internship in question, AU has dispatched 113 students in the past eight years to Singapore and they were all awarded by the Ministry of Education's Internship Abroad program for a full academic year. Each participating student was given NTD 100,000-120,000 as scholarship and they meanwhile can earn some NTD 52,000 monthly allowance for their living and other expenses.
As part of its ongoing internationalization effort, AU also promotes its “Overseas Summer Study Program" by sending qualified students with a good command of the English language to study in prestigious institutions abroad, such as Montpellier Business School (MBS), France, University of Victoria (UVIC), Canada, Ca’ Foscari University, Italy, National University of Singapore, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and other renowned universities.
